Ki Aikido uses mental and physical exercises to develop a calm and positive mindset. This helps you remain clear-headed and make good decisions in challenging situations.

We start with a small challenge, and gradually increase the level until relaxation and calm become habitual, even when things get really stressful.

Because it’s about not fighting, Aikido works in many situations and has benefits across your life and interactions with other people … it’s also good fun to practise.
